over the years, in the pursuit of the things i love and care about, i have truly gotten into an absurd amount of avenues of creation/expression and while i lack proficiency in most all of them, i'll be damned if i ever regret a single one of them

#making gifs is such a thoroughly unenjoyable process <3 but there's no limit to what i'm willing to put up with for the love of the game #and... the obsession. mostly the obsession part #also got into editing and fanfic bc of clerith and both of those are sooo. so much. idk how people do this shit all the time #i have tried writing more stuff but i'm just never satisfied with and i think that's always my curse irt doing any creative thing #if i don't think it's perfect or i can't get any better i tend to just put it down and walk away </3 i dislike that about myself i am SUCH #a quitter when push comes to shove. i'd like to get better at that at some point #anyways i've been working on this gifset for like. hours atp. capturing and sorting frames. manually animating each one bc i'm using #inferior bullshit but oh well. def taking a break when i finish with this but i also wanna gif all His scenes in this movie #we shall see what i end up doing i suppose it's just so time consuming it's crazy. i have so much respect for people who do this shit #recreationally and consistently. truly i think it's just like being a janitor. you can't truly understand unless you've done it yourself #i guess this post is just another way of relaying the sentiment of 'my dick has lead me places i wouldn't go w a gun'#but. you get it.
